- 01Choose three tools.For the optional pest-control achievement, take the magnet, hammer, and any third tool. The cabinet locks after three choices.
- 02Complete the mouse check.Optional achievementEnter the leftmost room, use the magnet on the mouse hole for a key, then use the hammer on the mouse.
- 03Make the first underground pass.On a later pass take magnet, shovel, and matches. Pull the key from the hole, dig up the box, unlock it for a torch, and light the torch. Turn the Caroline statue's clock.
- 04Make the second pass.Take an empty flask, matches, and a corkscrew or hammer. Open the barrel, collect the black oil, burn the barrel, pour oil into the clay structure, and ignite it. Turn Lady Cube's clock.
- 05Make the final pass.Take hammer, weight, and hook. Lift the right-hand door, smash the column, and cross the plank. Set Caroline to 5:00, Lady Pheasant to 8:00, and Lady Cube to 10:00. Take the book from the upper room; the crow-masked figure is Aldous and takes it from you.
