- 01Clean the three floor spots.After Kate assigns the task, use the handkerchief on the dirt below the chandelier, in the servant room, and in the cupboard room.
- 02Get the feather duster.Report back to Kate. Take the duster and clean the portraits.
- 03Open the locked chest.Read the portrait gestures: Aldous shows 4, Alexandra shows 2, and William shows 3. Enter 243 in the chest and take the candle.
- 04Light the way to the garden.Collect Kate's third candle, place all three candles in the chandelier, and light them in the order indicated by their markings. Return to Kate and exit through the door behind her.
- 05Break and repair the manor portrait.Optional achievementUse the duster on the manor-and-mountains picture in the servant room until it falls, then rebuild it for the optional achievement.
