- 01Collect the clothes and wine.Take the glass from the corridor and the tie from the main-hall chair. In the basement take the second glass. Use 1643 on the Château de Paradis box and take the wine. Take the bow tie from the bust corridor.
- 02Open the remaining rooms.Give Kate two glasses and the wine. Take the hair ribbon from the corridor box and the necklace from the upstairs box.
- 03Complete the fish-pin check.Optional achievementMove the fish silhouette in the mansion painting into William's window. Click the fish on the real William portrait and take the fish pin, then put it on William for the optional achievement.
- 04Solve the portrait bottle puzzle.Move the Vanderboom silhouettes to their correct positions. Read their symbols: William / gold / vertical-crossed triangle; Alexandra / bronze / S; Aldous / silver / spiral. Arrange the basement bottles and take the holy water and holy cloth from the golden box.
- 05Arm the brothers.Put the bow tie on Aldous. On the hunting picture click hat, hat, crow, rifle to get the rifle. Give it to Aldous. Use William's clue on the fifth stair from the bottom to get the revolver, then give William the revolver and tie.
- 06Prepare James.Take James from Alexandra, give her the necklace and ribbon, place James in the basket, wrap him in holy cloth, pour holy water over him, and enter the dining room.
